The wide fish outline provides excellent paddle power and wave-catching ability, while the swallow tail supports quick direction changes, tighter turns and controlled release through the water. Its lightweight construction makes it easy to handle without sacrificing the strength, durability or distinctive appearance of a handcrafted balsa surfboard.

Each Riley surfboard is individually hand-shaped in Australia. Customers can select from available board sizes, fin configurations and stringer options to suit their surfing style and preferred performance characteristics.

Suitable for intermediate through to advanced surfers, this versatile fish design performs particularly well in slower, softer conditions while remaining capable in more powerful and choppy surf.
