At Ausmosis, we aim to provide a clear and professional shipping experience for customers purchasing Australian made and Australian owned products through our website.

Products on Ausmosis are supplied by approved Australian businesses. Shipping methods, costs, timeframes and delivery requirements may vary depending on the vendor, product type, product size, weight, delivery location, freight needs and whether the product is made to order or quote based.


1. Shipping Overview

Products purchased through Ausmosis may be shipped directly by the relevant vendor, supplier, manufacturer or approved Australian business.

Delivery timeframes and carriers may vary depending on the vendor, product, shipping destination, availability and freight requirements.

2. Order Processing

  • Most standard orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days where stock is available
  • Custom, handmade, made to order, bulky or quote based products may take longer to prepare
  • Some products may require confirmed pricing, freight, delivery details or availability before payment or fulfilment proceeds
  • Vendors are responsible for providing accurate fulfilment and shipping information to Ausmosis

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping fees may vary depending on the product, vendor, delivery location, size, weight, freight provider and order requirements.

Depending on the product, customers may see:

  • Flat rate shipping
  • Free shipping
  • Calculated shipping at checkout
  • Shipping confirmed after a quote request
  • Freight quoted separately for bulky, custom, commercial or made to order products

Where shipping is available at checkout, the total shipping charge will be displayed before payment is completed.

Where shipping needs to be quoted separately, Ausmosis or the relevant vendor will confirm freight costs before the final order proceeds.

4. Quote Based, Custom and Bulky Products

Some products on Ausmosis are quote based, custom made, made to order, oversized, heavy or require special freight arrangements.

For these products, final shipping costs may depend on the product selected, size, quantity, delivery suburb, postcode, access requirements, freight provider and any custom requirements.

Customers should not treat a quote based product as a final fixed price order until the product price, freight, availability and order details have been confirmed.

5. Tracking Information

Where tracking is available, tracking details may be provided by email or through your Ausmosis customer account.

Some bulky, custom, local delivery, courier or freight deliveries may have different tracking arrangements depending on the vendor or freight provider.

6. Shipping Delays

Ausmosis and its vendors aim to provide accurate shipping information, but delivery timeframes are estimates only unless expressly confirmed.

Delays may occur due to vendor processing times, freight provider delays, incorrect customer information, product availability, custom production times, public holidays, weather events, remote delivery locations, customs processing or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If a delay occurs, Ausmosis will work with the relevant vendor where possible to help provide updates and resolve concerns.

7. Shipping Regions

  • Many vendors ship within Australia
  • Some vendors may offer interstate, regional, remote or international delivery
  • Some products may only be available for selected delivery areas due to size, freight, product type or vendor capability
  • International shipping, where available, may require separate confirmation of freight costs, customs requirements, duties, taxes and delivery conditions

8. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details, including full name, contact information, delivery address, suburb, postcode and any delivery instructions required for the order.

Ausmosis is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete customer information.

9. Delivery Issues

If your order has not arrived, has arrived damaged, or appears incorrect, please contact Ausmosis as soon as possible at hello@ausmosis.shop.

Please include your order number, name, contact details, delivery address and photos if the item has arrived damaged or incorrect.

Ausmosis will review the issue and, where required, liaise with the relevant vendor or freight provider to assist with the next steps.

10. Shipping and Commission

Shipping charges are used for delivery and freight requirements. Ausmosis does not charge commission on shipping unless otherwise agreed in writing.
