Ausmosis is building a trusted online shopping centre where people can find genuine Australian made and owned businesses, products, services and capabilities in one place.
It was created to strengthen industry, increase production here at home, protect skills and craftsmanship, and help keep more opportunity in Australia for future generations.
Australian Owned Certified
Ausmosis is Australian owned and has Australian Owned certification, giving customers and businesses another layer of confidence in who is behind the platform.
Ausmosis has been designed, built and put together here in Australia. Some international multi-vendor software is used because the level of shopping centre functionality needed was not available through an Australian software option at this stage.
The purpose, direction, design, content, setup and operation of Ausmosis are Australian led.

How Businesses Are Assessed
Clear standards help protect customer trust and the value of every business represented on Ausmosis.
Each application is reviewed before a business is accepted. This may include checking ownership, location, products, services, manufacturing, sourcing and the information provided in the application.
Australian ownership: Businesses must be 100% Australian owned.
Products and services: Businesses must offer products or services that are Australian made, grown, sourced, or strongly Australian focused.
Transparency: Businesses are expected to clearly explain where their products are made, grown, sourced, assembled or developed.
Practical exceptions: Exceptions may be considered where certain materials, components, packaging, equipment or ingredients are unavailable in Australia, available only in limited quantities, or do not meet the quality requirements of the product or service.
Applications are considered individually, and Ausmosis may request further information before making a decision. Businesses that do not currently meet the standard are still welcome as customers and are encouraged to explore pathways towards Australian made production and sourcing.
