Directions to Use a Heatpack
1. Remove Wheat Pack from its protective plastic bag.
2. Place your Wheat Pack in the centre of your microwave, ensuring that it is not blocking the turn-table from turning.
3. Heat Wheat pack for 1 minute for Children and upto 1 and a half minutes for Adults.
4. Carefully remove Wheat pack from the microwave as it will be very warm.

Directions to Use a Coldpack
1. Remove Wheat Pack from its protective plastic bag.
2. Place your Wheat Pack under running cold water for a few seconds ensuring all of it is getting wet.
3. Squeeze out excess water and place back into its plastic bag, as this will prevent freeze burn
4. Allow to freeze for 2 hours.
5. Take out of plastic bag. it will be really cold to touch..
